Finally a 40kt+ peak at Bucks!! didnt happen overnight but... spot record  now 0.73 kts better than previous 39.61 on smaller 32 Falcon fin. Rigged bigger as wind and forecast around 25kts but it kicked in stronger than expected with a couple of magic gusts all the way, small chop in sailing area behind bar and very broad so wasnt expecting to break anything today till saw a 40 on dial! Busted a harness line and a backward roll wipeout on a later run as 34 fin hit bottom unlike the 32! Hope you get that nice Evo 5 sorted Bryan, next time

Would normally be on 6.2 EVO II but wanted to test 5.8 Evo 5.

Wrong X6 mast. Combo 430 bottom / 400 top used.

Sail felt a handful and not balanced and gear was not trimmed at all.

Not a good day and a missed opportunity.

Will purchase longer extension and use X6 400 mast in its entirety next time.

Rigged sail again at home on X6 400 with 28 extn. Looked better, but need 30 extn to get enough downhaul on.
