WSW session on the bar after tapeing my damaged sail earlier in the day. Wrong direction again!!!!

Arrived too late and only had one decent run. Changed to Slingshot as tide was dead low and then changed to  Slalom board as it chopped up on the incoming tide. Not much fun. Unfit and shins lacerated  bruised and sore after the morning catapult
