A little better for me today.

I managed to get only 1 run in, but it looks like I've improved my speed of yesterday, so I'm pleased with that. The wind was increasing and I couldn't get back in. Thanks to the 'boat people' for rescuing me.

Weymouth Speed Week - Day 3 Better 500m today - wasn't expecting that.
