Good Formula Session

It was dreadfully cold, the Air was 4 degrees and the water a similar temp. Decided against the smaller board since it looked too gusty and light and it was the right decision. Had some ok 10sec runs close to the shore but missed out on getting some great times since when the wind picked up to a solid 25 knots I was too frozen to hang on to a big sail whilst trying to pin this board to the water!!

Super exercise, and going to eat pie now
