Tough morning session struggling to keep the board under control in too much wind with not enough energy. Bailed out of heaps of runs due to to being way overpowered and the bar being choppy. Another time I hit the bar at 30 knots as I was winding up for run - no damage but my 'equipment' took a bit of a knock. A few minutes of crouching and we were back into it.

Wish I'd thrown the smaller board in the car this morning.
