Wind was up and down, stuck it out on the 8m powered at times, struggling at others. Chose the wrong time to go, it pissed it down for most of the session, as I packed the last bit of kit into the van the sun came out and the wind filled back in :-(

Looking forward to friday morning when hopefully there will be wind and water at the same time, these low tides in the afternoons are crap!

Never got powered up was going to rig a 7m with more float but thought people were going well on there kit so went small what a T$$t If i had gone out on my first decision at least i would have been able to nail a lot more momentum on 10 seconds with the small board kept losing speed all the time!!!!!

Roll on tomorrow evening hoping to get out gusting 40 knots+ but direction is a big issue will it swing when the tide is flooding? If not may have to make a master plan for Friday.........

Bonus afternoon sail....started out on Mistral 95, then onto Falcon 80 once the wind had settled.

Best Alpha this year..in bumpy stuff!
