Busy day at the Salty Lake...must be Whitsun!  Started off on the Isonic 111 and 7.1m but everything of note was done on the Isonic 86.  Team effort on Nm  and distance... scored my best Nm speed for 2011. Well pleased, but tiring work bashing through the chop!  In need of a glass of medicine!

Lea Spencer sailed over 100 N miles today after recovering from a heart attack last year WELL DONE Lea.

Check out his web site here and have a look at what hes doing for the British Heart foundation.

I'm sure a small donation would be much appreciated!

Nice afternoon blast, bit gusty, but never the less, got some wind again!

Ouch, cheers for the support and motivational swearing on the water.

Well done to all yesterday, especially our cap'n who was suffering with his holy arm

Had to save to card on sbp file again but lost some data on distance which don't matter to much and not really changed any important data. Wouldn't post but need to scrape some evaluated ranking points back............
