As I finished work I checked the wind stations and saw 38-42 knots of ENE at the prom. Wow! Maybe a change of plans is in order! I drove straight to Sandy Point and was a little disappointed to find it was only 20-25 with a few slightly higher gusts. Rigged 5m Koncept anyhow and had a bit of fun on the CA40. Quite frustrating not being able to quite crack 40knots. The gusts were just not sustained enough, but it was fun anyhow. Just for the hell of it I did a few alphas and surprised myself with one really good one. Best I have done by far on the CA40 with 20cm assy fin! :-)
