Wind was WSW, too broad for the channel and sqaure on the outside, with a big hole in the middle.
Didn't really get to grips with it until I stared following Mad Dave's lead and bearing right off into the chop.
My best 2 sec speeds were all done on the South end of the mud, while 4 out 5 10 secs were coming back the other way.
Hope tommorow is better.
