| Howling and rough. Had high hopes for this day, but it was mainly fighting with limited pay-off. Switched between the 5.0 and the 5.8 today. The 5.8 really felt a lot better, but it was just too exhausting for me to cross the extremely choppy channel when the wind picked up. Maybe I had too much downhaul on the 5.0 today. Should have had a slightly more southerly angle and Shitbay would have been much better. Never wind and flat water at the same time today. Due to a painful shoulder and a cracked rib I have to been able to keep up my normal level of exercise. I really noticed that today and it is extremely annoying. Hoping to get back into normal shape soon.

| För mycket chopp, vågade aldrig ladda utan vart mest överlevnadsslalom med missilen. Kul att öva lite gippar med den också. Hoppas på lite trevlig slalom imon morron!
