I took the afternoon off work to get some more hours under my belt prior to "Windsurfing for Cancer Research" in 12 days time. I was quite enjoying myself until the mast burst through the top of the luff and I had to limp back to the shore with 2 foot of downhaul missing, only 1.5 hours into the session. Most gutting was that the wind kicked in for a brief period afterwards so I missed out on some good speed runs. Bah! Tech Details: Navi GT-31 V1.3 (B1123t), GpsarPro v4.20, Doppler, Cubic Spline.
