Session cut short by horse muscle cut requiring stitches at Whitecross. Two runs!! Many thanks to the A & E provided Dave. I'm out for two 2weeks. Doctors said 3 for cut to heal. Time for my antibiotics and pain killer!!!!!!!!

Good to get some breeze but tide not low enough, too choppy, went Easterly and faded. Best run towards Glen Innes. Pity about that nasty cut Bryan get well soon.
