it should have been THE day. 40 to 45 knots in Devils bay. Smallest avallable boards and sails rigged. Surf Station was closed, so it was good to sail with my speed buddy Christian. Alone probably none of us would have gone out.

It was a wild ride on the edge of control, sail was slightly overpowered and sailing as close as possible to the beach was the only chance to get a good run. Unfortunately the wind was approx. 15 deg to much from the west, which made the runs to square and max speeds were not as expected, although it felt much faster. 

after two short sessions, totally exhausted, but happy to gave that fight to Aeolos!
