Nice morning surf before work. Realized it is now not getting light before 06:15 and I had to wait on the shore for a while. Spent my time reading Trictionary in the surf club's house and really learned a few things about gybing. I thought that book was only for the freestylers.
Quite nice wind when arriving and I had a 34.5 on the display in one of the first runs in Shitbay. Then the wind dropped drastically and I went outside and had a good morning excersice in the chop, but never got to any speeds. When having to leave, the wind was again picking up and the wind meeters actually showed higher winds when leaving. Not my day really.
I think conditions in Shitbay the first few runs were similar to the one in Torkelstorp yesterday. Still I never managed to get over 32.8 or something yesterday. I had the same kit except for the fin. Maybe I was not enough used to the fin, or it mattered much that I did not get it properly into the fin box and that the fin head looked out for a millimeter or two.
