Hardcore condities !!! Mooi wat trainingsuren kunnen maken met Twan, happy met mijn 65 Max display buiten in de chop ! Setje loopt als een raket inmiddels...

Hardcore condities op Makkum, ik denk vlagen 7 Bft, en mega chop. Mooi kunnen knallen met Stijn (65 max display !) , Twan (74+ ...) , Fabian (7.0 hoe dan ????) Wessel (5.8 whatelse) en Dylan (king of the waves).... kortom mooie middag !!!!

Flinke bak wind uit het noorden. Je kan met deze wind maar 1 kant op en dat is recht de chop in. Mooie runs tussen de golven door. Voor het eerst met 5.8 op de 55. 27 cm werkt prima, zelfs de oude Select SL7.

Super nice session! North is probably the most challenging direction on Makkum as you go out in the Ijsselmeer half wind but so much fun speeding through the small waves and chop! 

Started with 6.4 but could not handle the sail in the gusts. From the shore it looked pretty flat but out on the water it was chaos. Respect for the other riders (Twan, Fabian, Wessel, Stijn and Jan Hendrik).

I preferred a wave set in these conditions, however Slalom gear can also fly high. Stijn had also good air-time.
