very hard to sail slalomkit with these conditions, very strong gusts

from zero to 45 , wind was shifting and had alot of east, very stormy in the night, big waves, tried to downwind and hit ramps, crosswind also to fast for these waterconditions, alot of traffic, sol call it a hard training for the better conditions.
