they say doing the same thing and expecting a different result is, well… so day three of a strong flood tide with a lot of north in the wind didn't seem smart. but bereft of other options, i did go for it

and surprise, at some point the wind veered just enough to make the waters calmer and allow comfortable cruising around, and maybe try a handful of speed runs.  maybe i should have cruised more and leave runs aside to get a better hour time… but not a bad one for the conditions!
