Got stuck in work and missed the short spell of decent wind. Rigged a 6.3m and iS speed W53, got one up-wind run, then wind goes. Spring tide mean't you couldnt touch the bottom of the lake, no wind, drifting with a speed board into the middle of a yatch regatta, nice, those small yatchs look pretty big up close. Water started with a gust a slogged waste high in water back to the carpark. Rigged a 7.8m and iS111. Got a few under powered runs in before the wind decided to make an exit. Dissapointing day, especially because if I'd been 1-hour earlier, the speed board could have been fun.

OK-ish afternoon
SW Direction.

Not much wind forecast but saw it develop and decided to go for it.

Unfortunately by the time I had arrived the 30kt+ winds had gone and I decided to go for a 7.7.

Not really enough wind for the sail size and would have gone better with a 9.0

Fitful planing in the gusts which threatened to develop but never did.
