Very low water level..

choppy session with low water   and high preasure giving even lower  levels but still enjoyed it the strip opened up  later  when the double dip  tide raised up around 1 pm   but wasnt worth the swap ,, again ,, it was gunna be short ,,   

not great 

unfortunately the tide disappeared as the wind started to kick in. shame as nice wind and angle after the tide went out!

First outing of the year and first time on the winter training camp...

Wow, need a lot more practice as found that hard work and fitness is a concern... AGAIN..
