Soooo windy. Possibly the hardest conditons I have ever sailed here. Not only gusts of around 50-60kts, but shifting all over the place too. Pretty much terrifiying. At times it was literally impossible to sheet in the sail to actually start moving. 

Ingmar was out on a 5.6 and killing us. Felt I could keep up for a bit, then a gust would come and he would just disappear. I had a couple of speed runs, but it was too scary really. It seemed like everytime I got comfortable and started to push to go fast, some ganrly wind shifting gust would mess me up and I would be inches away from a horrific crash! Decided to pretty mcuh take it easy, try some masts to see if any made it more confortable... then head home happy I didn't do any damage to myself!!
