Strange session. Basically kai was testing battens so I was just his constant tuning partner. Wind was pretty light on the inside to go fast, so I thought I would have a go at the Nautical mile. Managed to smash all previous records with an average of 32.71, which I am pretty happy with seeing as it is straight out to sea through completely open water. I think I could go a bit faster with more wind but a nice starting point. 

Then I wanted to finish the day with an average over 35kts. I was stuck for ages on mid 34, and just coudln't seem to get past it. Then suddenly 1 killer run, with a peak over 40kts and a 10sec of 38.85 which I think is my record for the year. Pretty much 4kts faster than any other run. Shows there is defintley a bit of luck in it. Gear was exactly the same all day, didn't touch a thing.
