Beautiful winters day but access to the beach is bad. Did a few runs but it was super gusty and any kit failure would result it the gear and yourself being blown out to sea. Sadly I injured myself carrying the kit from the water at the end of the session and some damaged back muscles will mean a trip to the Physio will be needed!
