was a nice day again with Manfred and Ralf, I really enjoy these sessions with sun and 25 degrees :)

managed to improve my PB for Steinhude today despite the wind being a bit less and very up and down by sticking to the 50speed with 6,4...

a lot of swimming in between the gusts, but happy with my setup :)

nice to have a 34kt run here...

The first session in 2016 with perfect weather and great wind. Unfortunately, the legs were a little limp from the 10k hannover airportrun last day.

After 3 perfect days in a row, i had some bad luck today: an evil timed lunch break an a broken harness line prevented a better session in this up and down conditions. But don't care - nice to be with Manfred and Nils in this warm sunny weather on the water again
