Full power 6.3 weather today. Tried to do a Defi wind training and make 40km, but lost count of the laps and only did about 30. After conditions were good for speed. At first I tried the 50cm speed board, but couldn't get any consistent speeds. In the end the XF90 always seems to be the best option for here. Today I made a new PB for Average speed. Over 37 for the first time. I was pretty happy with the consistency. The new 2016 6.3 is so nice and balanced and with the XF90 and Fhot 30 everything feels so controlled I can really push hard to go faster.
