subtle wind shift to the West and a strong ebb turned a light wind day into a rather bumpy ride… while battles between the heat bubble and marine fog push made for some large holes. 

it was an "endurance" practice day… so a respectable (for the conditions) hour time, which was thankfully accomplished by the time i had to stop and help a fellow sailor that suffered (unnecessary) equipment breakdown.

not bad for a heatwave day!
