It's just great to be out sailing again, Wind was very gusty and quite strong in the gusts, Thanks for the Sonic 85 Simon....In this direction The lake had no flat patches at all so all runs were done in full on gnarly chop in the middle, the runs were somewhat short but the board handles chop very well and probably better than the larger sonic. I had a couple of runs in which the chop was so gnarly that the board took off but the tectonics kept the board tracking unlike any other fin I have used and despite having some scary moments I had no crashes. Lots of peaks around 33/34 but I'm very pleased with the 10sec averages given the conditions.
Lots more to come from this setup.
Looks like they had some wavesailing at Gwithers but this is much more fun!!
