It doesn't get any better than this, Windy and sunny in July. The wind was the wrong direction for Daymer speedsailing, SW so it was a South to North Course but around 140 degrees+ so Had to slingshot out of the chop into more rough. Best run was over some really harsh short sharp chop then running into swell coming from the opposite direction, quite an adrenaline buzz. Just 200m further North were some lovely waves and Thor was busting out some Big tabletops and loops on my Waveboard. We were gonna swap kit but think we were both enjoying ourselves too much to bother. He eventually came in stoked but in a bit of pain from a crashed loop.
I had to use Thors ancient VX3 today which was full of holes but sort of worked ok.
More wind forecast for later on this week - fantastic.
