Warm air, South wind 20-30, this was a perfect December day, the water was 52 F and the air about 65, very rare to have this warm a day so late in the season here.

I started at noon on my 5.0 Retro and 86 L Pro-Tech, then switched to my new JP FSW 78 when the wind picked up. By 1:30 it was time for the 4.2 Hucker, Craig arrived then and rigged his 4.0 North. He took a few runs on the JP, then sailed most of the day on his 94L Fanatic Bee. He said that the JP planed up as quickly as the Bee. We sailed until 3:30 when the wind dropped off a bit, the 78L JP is waist deep for me when the wind shuts down! Fortunately I was only a few hundred meters from shore, so sailed in to end a great day.
