Great afternoon blasting around in the sunshine. I was going to rig the 7.8 but some meaty gusts started coming through so risked the 7m, which turned out to be plenty! Got some surprisingly fast runs in sandbanks bay and then started to sail upwind to Arne (would have been fast there today) but 4 miles upwind was too much in the fading light and 2-3ft chop! The new sails are awesome, noticeable improvement over old models. Really fast and very stable and the rotation seems much improved - cant wait to try the smaller sizes on the speed course.
