Back at Gruissan for the Defi. Managed to sail without busting my knee this time! Happy Days...

Helaas bij Gruissan plage moeten varen ivm kiters. 
bij de run naar Port la nouvelle vergeten op start te drukken ??

dus geen meting van de eerste 10-15 km

wel tevreden over combi 5,4 en 94. Volgende keer 32 vin proberen 

Defi, first on foil. Not enough skills for the gusty wind on the left side. Then I went on 5,6 pretty nice, did a run in the in the end of the course. Nice it was and a really nice on the water here with good friends and Pernille.

anlände till Gruissan vid 16-tiden efter en lång men bra körning ner från Kiel, körde banan 3 varv plus lte till. Skönt ställe!
