Prince of speed event 500 meter, 3 races 

Nice session during world championship of speed 500 meter,

great to see that there where so many participants on the event,

3 heats on the world speed tour event, on 500m 

Bravo Gautier Au regrd des resultats, je suis impatient que tu viennes a Maurice pour tester les planches. Je suis deja convaincu des ailerons.

It was only one day with good conditions but what a day it was. Finally the event we waited on so long. Tried the new 6,5 and liked it so much i kept using it all day and got a epic nautical mile after the event. Freaking insane how steady this sail is. Happy with my results had a 2,4 and 5th place.

POS Worldcup. Couldn't get 1 really good run within the races. As the wind picked up after the end of the competition I got faster and faster, even on the 54. Was switching between the 54 with 6.5 and the 45.5. with 5.6.

Made my runs inbetween the POS heats. At the end the wind got a bit stronger. Sail was not trimmed wel but new PR on 10sec average i think.

In spirit of the event I tried to do the 500m also.
Just 2 slingshots, these had a low 500m.
After 16.00 the Tramontane kicked in and I called it a day.
Maybe I take the small speedboard tomorrow.

ISWC Prince Of speed Speed World Championships 2023. Nice personal, average global result.

Was the whole day on the same gear, which was the right decision for me . Except during the first heat 5.5. was fully loaded. Wind was strong and quite sqare with approx. 1000 deg only.

Very happy with me performance and the quite unexpected result. 

World Championship Speed 2023. 

Windy forecast for the last day so decided to make the trip and compete during this super nice event on my favorite spot. 

First heat fastest run of the fleet and with the average over my 2 best runs that heat 3rd just behind A2 and Hans.

Second heat i did 2 ok runs of 42+ knots and decided to go to the car and safe my energy for heat 3. Not a good decision as i missed a period of good wind on the cours.

Thrid heat, at least i had some energie to do this heat and made 2 good runs.

I had no discard as i was not in the event during the heat from monday. But very happy with my 8 th place on this championship.

POS Competition sailing

3 hours of sailing the course so super tired now. 
The POS was a really great event and so good we got this wind on the last day. 
My kit was a bit small as I rigged for the stonger winds. The guys on bigger kit were faster over 500m but overall pleased with the way it went.

I did a nice 500m at 42.3 ! Too bad my motion was off...
Also did a 46.9 Vmax, new boards are working niiice.
