| didn't really want to go to this spot but i was in the area but i wish i didn't hit a sandbank 2 times and the second time wrecked my 7,0 when the wind was picking up . i will never go here anymore this spot is not safe in my opinion

| Arrived a bit late. Hit the water at approx. 18:45. But it was a nice short session. The 54 felt very good with the Venom 30 and 7.0.

| Kreeg mn houding op het board niet goed om het board vrij genoeg te laten lopen, resultaat is erg tegenvallende snelheden.

| Helemaal geen mooi sessie Tjitse..Ik verwachtte meer wind en had daarom 6.2 opgezet en die was veeeels te klein, toen maar even de nieuwe Fanatic Falcon 86 van Peter geprobeerd. Prima boardje.

| Not a lot of wind today, not even enough to get my 73 liter board loose from the water surface. But good to explore the spot once again to sail there with more confidence next time when we really get 30 knots again from this wind direction.

We started (too) early so we had a nice game of roulette with the sand bank's..
After a few run's I was confident I could try my New Speed!!
There was not that mutch wind but I could get it started for a few run's, NICE!!
It is far to early to say the board is good, but it feels SUPER.
Later I changed to the 86 witch was the right board for the conditions and managed to nail the 4th run.
I hope to be able to sail 6,2 on the New speed soon!!
@ Hans you need your warps for a little bit longer please be carefull!!

Ohwell sometimes... wrong strategy
't Kuitje, onshore I decided to go for speed. No comprimize, finally 40kn average. Lucky I was not alone on speedgear, Tjitse also went on a speedboard. Someone told me 18kn average and 24kn gusts...
My strategy was quite simple, first sail on my select caspar pro 25, when the wind turned on (+- 17:30h) change to the proto Sonntag fins gps_2 25. The wind didn't turn ON, I did change in the middle of the session to the GPS_2. But 18kn gusts was not enough to get into the good zone...
Next time I study the wind myself better, before session... The Falcon 79 would have been much FASTER.
