Meola reef session launched Birkenhead wharf half an hour before low tide. The sail up was easy and first run was a 35 k  then wind dropped and became patchy halfway down the course. Realised after 20 minutes that had set boom at 190 cm ( sail minimium 186 cm) so a bit flat and explained the lack of power in the gusts.Bummer!! Managed to get very close to the reef without hitting it, which was a bonus!
