GPS competition is held to popularize windsurfing and speed windsurfing as part of it. To do this, it is enough to take your GPS receiver to the reservoir and drive quickly for several seconds. Then you need to throw off the result on the GPSspeedsurfing site indicating the event "Open Azov & Black Sea GPS Speed Challenge 2018 »
Upon completion, you are awarded with the Honorary Diplomas "Fastest riders in the water areas of the Azov and Black Seas" and valuable prizes:
3 place-warm wetsuit
2 place is a compact sessile trapezium
1 place is vacant and awaits offers from the sponsor
The objectives of the championship are to search for available for speed spots and identify the fastest riders in the water area of the Azov and Black Seas.
The winner of the competition will be the athlete with the best result at a distance of 100 meters. All other data of your speed will be advisory.
The priority is the water area of the Azov and Black Seas. However, within the framework of the "Open Azov & Black Sea GPS Speed Challenge 2018", the results from any water basin of the globe taken during the competition are accepted.
Any GPS receiver approved by the GPSspeedsurfing site is suitable for receiving and processing speed data. Today it's GT-31, BGT-31, GW-52, GW-60.
For arrivals at speed, any equipment (even foil) is allowed.
