All dates are subject to change and any call for a racing day will be announced as soon as possible. Due to possible changes in weather forecasts this can occur on short notice.
Some days have not been included in the standby because of other events (FSM, Rematch, 4Sails) or too busy holiday weekends. Racing is possible at two days during the weekend.
2. GPS
All GPS devices that are in the GP3S list are allowed but we would like to advise the top riders to all use a Navi device. Non-doppler devices will get a deduction (will be announced in the Sailing Instructions). Also make sure your firmware is updated and the settings are correct.

(a rider who will also compete in the NK Speed will get a discount of 5 Euro)
5. Time schedule
10.00 Registration
11.30 Skippersmeeting
12.00 First possible start
Racing duration is 4 hours
(This schedule is subject to change because of wind/weather forecasts)
6. Ranking
The overall ranking will be based on 5x10 seconds and the low point scoring system is used with a weight factor depending on the avg speed of the best rider of that day.
- Light wind/low speed race: 58 – 65 km/h score * 1,50
- Medium speed race: 65 – 70 km/h score * 1,00
- High speed race: 70 – 75 km/h score * 0,75
- Ultimate speed race: 75> km/h score * 0,50
(the ‘-‘ sign meens till (in Dutch: TOT))
Remarks:
- -The focus will be on the Medium speed races and faster. If the wind-/speedconditions are not as good as forecasted and the speed is below the Medium threshold the race will count as a Ligt wind/low speed race.
- -A call for a special Light wind /low speed race will only be done with good forecasted base conditions.
- -A day will count if at least one rider has reached an avg speed of minimum 58 km/h, but there is a maximum of 2 light wind days.
- -After 3 races one discard is allowed, after 5 races there are 2 discards. Every race day will count for the ranking and the result * the factor will be used for calculating the discards.
- -The overall ranking will be based on all races and will take into account the discards. There will be extra prizes for the light wind class and the medium-ultimate class (with factor). If accidentally we have 3 or more light wind days, then these will count for the light wind ranking. Discard systems for light or medium-ultimate class are identical as for the overall ranking.
- -The prize giving will be planned at one of the last possible racing days.
More/other info will be communicated via the Sailing Instructions and will be published at the notice board.
