To bad it was so square and not even so windy but good to start the year up to the next one still waiting for good angle and good strong wind :) 

Mooie start van 2025. Wind was wel te haaks en minder hard dan gehoopt. 5.0 opgezet obv de voorspelling, had beter 5.6 genomen helaas. Maar toch goed geamuseerd met de usual suspects.

Started at De Punt but the angle was way too broad resulting in heavy chop near the dam at Hompelvoet.

Moved to ODH instead but could not find my mojo, angle was too square.

Alltogether a bity of a messy day but good to start 2025 with some windsurfing.

@andere windsurfers, ik ben nog niet helemaal bekende met de regels/afspraken op het water. Als ik hinderlijk heb gevaren was dit niet mijn intentie.

wind - flat water - speedsurffriends!

unfortunately the angle was very square and therefore it was very difficult to reach high speeds. a pity because the water depth was perfect and the wind strength was also sufficient.

unfortunately it was never perfect in ouddorp the last few times. but that's part of speed surfing. now we're waiting for the next storm.

very happy with the sail...simply my favorite sail!
Constant speeds - that's all we could manage.
