Early doors session at wk, on the water for 0745 and i was late!

Abit tough at first with the wind strength and chop limiting my top speed,

at around 9am it went abit more west and flattened alittle getting better speeds.

couldnt quite push hard and my ankle had started to hurt.

Kudos to JC for 50+kt peaks.

kit: SD40, Z20assy, 4.8evoxi, 11kg Pb.

Storm Lilian didn't disappoint,  pretty windy early on.  I went with the 4.8 and had a couple of good runs of 45 knots but the wind was dropping and my 10 seconds were getting slower and slower. Would of been nice to see a 45 knot average but still pretty pleased with the session.

Good to sail with Jim, Peter, Jenna and Dave,  we had the place to ourselves until about 10am.

The forcast was a gamble.  Arrived about 06.00 to see the water smoking with what must have been 50-60knot wind.  Farrel would have given it a go but I stayed in the van.  Pulled my 4.9 out the van and then decided to go with 5.2 as it eased to 35-45kn.

Happy I took a chance on the day as some UK PB for 5x average..and level my PB max.  +50knots is always special.

Great to do this in the summer and not a freezing January day.

Lets go Faz.

First Post was Coros. This one is from the motion mini
