Very short 45 minute session for me so went for short 10 sec runs, not 500m, only got about 10 runs in. Had to take my son for dentist appointment. Turns out my wife got the dates wrong as his dental appointment is for next friday, grrrrr. Loads of speedies turned out today, and looks like a few of them had PB's. Course was gusty and broad and fairly lumpy in places. I started out on the iS44 and 5.8m, got a couple of runs but I was way way underpowered. I needed to be on a 6.3m but didnt have time to re-rig. I opted to go with the bigger iS53 instead. This was slightly faster, but I was still under powered. I could not find a comfy setting in the short time I had. If I had more time, I think today could have been a decent and much faster day for me.
