Not an easy day, bit good training!
It was super square we were again working on my stance :-)
went 5times for the mile... everything was runing good until some riders rescue and thunderstorm with lightenings :-(
But all are healty & that's the most important. And all the girls (Kirsten & Pernille came from the water with PB's, that's the second important :-)
