Pfff 8:30 boat from Ameland after cheering my buddy Joeval to finish his iron man challenge there yesterday. 3 nights with not so much sleep and pretty wasted now.. 

Most of the people where stopping and going back when i went on the water as the wind decreased, luckily there where still some small gusts left at the big dam where it was more square but you have more time to get an gust in your run.
