Even though I have a dodgey and I have done next to no windsurfing for months :( this was to good an opportunity with a nice breeze forecast and a perfect tide for the Ray ! I arrived just past 8 and Ian and Ant had already rigged !!! The wind was still light so went for the 6.4 and 80 - I had left my speed board at home - not up to sailing that !!! After the long walk out it was abit of a struggle to get going at first but the wind filled in turning the day , sadly by the time the wind was good I was shot to pieces !!! In the lighter winds it was a chance to try a few alpha's and I am pleased to improve my PB - just !!! considering I was very rusty !!!! I was struggling a little with my shoulder and crap fitness levels but managed approx 4 hours out on the Ray - Ian is a legend so'oooooooooooo fast and sails for miles with Ant not far behind well done guys you deserve a medal !!! :) I did manage to improve my times as the day went on but as usual  I can't blame it on dodgey kit, must be poor technique as I am always miles off the place - must try harder !!! Still a good session - 11 degrees, top temp.for Feb. and loads of windsurfers and kiters out - worth the 140 mile round trip :)
