first proper GPS session of the season… (and SuperMaster class!!!) after some practice in middling winds bracketed by white-knuckle bump&jump sessios – which were actually helpful with today's wild winds. first time in proper wind for the 5.2, and the one one good run i got showed me some of the potential of the sail. with time all the wind concentrated on the inside where only square runs are possible in the basketweave chop. that said, happy to open the GPS season raising the spot 500m record to above 32kts!
