Today the wind was even lighter than last Friday Feb 25th. The 63.5 cm board is a very early planer. I started with a Black Diamond S1 30cm fin which was doing pretty well for its size in these conditions both on square and downwind courses, but it lacked a bit of upwind power. The 33 cm K1 was a lot better in that respect. On a square course the board was railing really nice with lots of grip. The Loft Blade 7.0 has really got a lot of drive and a very soft feel. Hopefully a bit more wind soon as I did not sail it really powered up yet.
