A quick 45 minute blast before a bit of freestyle later on. After two slowish runs down the speed strip I decided to sail farther out in the open sea for a bit of slalom practice. During that time I did a couple of fast gybes and one of them resulted in a new personal best for alpha racing. The alpha racing result was particularly pleasing since I was not on a big board.
My nautical mile result was also pretty good considering it included two gybes!
