Great day! After a complete nightmare rigging a new (to me) sail and snapping 3 downhaul ropes in the process I finally managed to get out on the water. First day sailing the missile properly too so was a little on edge!

Smashed my PB on my first run and on my last run smashed it again with a 34.1kt max. A bit off the pace of the likes of Bob etc but absolutely chuffed to bits and only had one run under 30kts all day.

Great to sail with and meet all the guys and thanks to Simon for organising it. Looking forward to more!

I will have about 1500 pics of the day to sift through and put up in the next day or two and if anyone wants any shots let me know and i'll get them to you!
