Not bad on wave kit... It was gusting 47 knots earlier in the day, but had backed off a bit by the time I got out. Just took the GPS for a laugh to see how fast I was going and did nothing special except bear away a few times. 30 knots is a fair clip on this gear, and if anyone is in any doubt how fast and stable this board is, try one - they work beautifully, and yes it turns even better than it goes in a straight line. Combat was super stable and comfortable when overpowered too. Good laugh all round... Worth checking out Le Goulet at Leucate if you are in the area and the Tramontane is blowing.
