Arrived at kirby around 7.28am, rigged small isonic 44 speed in antisipation for resonable wind, decided to sand fin as stuck out to far and wasted 30 mins, also noticed paint had bulged out on bottom of my sprayed board, note to self, do not leave boards in ceiling next to hot roof in metal container. so wasted a fair amount of time, rigged 6.3 North warp sail as not used in ages, get on water and find out not windy enough to use and stood in water wasting more time, finally came in and rigged 6.5 NCX sail and got out 120 RRD Firestorm and had a rip around on it, came back in and tryied again with small speed 44cm, managed a few nice only slow runs but nice to get 53lt board working in light winds with my fat arse 14.6 stone moving, took Marks advice to get the 76lt isonic out (82lt actual volume with Hot Rod 29cm fin and ahhhhhhh back to nice easy and faster speeds and able to sail all the way back from the far corner, tyied swapping fin for Wiki 22.5 G-10 Fat fin but not as fast only getting 29-30 knot runs, put a 29 select fin in and worked nicely but wind starting to drop off, forgot how nice the north warp sails are to sail with lots of grunt, started with bottom outhaul and moved it to top for more power, a slow start but day got better and better, fairly busy day with lots of windsurfer out, tide up to wall but no breach,  rain in morning but dissapear after 9.00am. looking forward to next wind day
