Some decent Sailing, Big Gusts and very heavy chop downwind. I think decent Vmax's over 40 are possible here on the right day, had one decent run through some insane chop but the fin gave way just as I really got going. The rig got detached on another downwind run due to the rough nature of the water and put a hole in the deck of my board.....!!!
Pretty demanding stuff but great exercise
