Today was to broad for speed and as not windy enough so mostly gybe practice and a fun day with RRD Fireride 120lt 38cm choco fin and 6.5M NCX sail, so did not bother with put mt GW-60 Watch on till the afternoon so did not recorded the mornings windsurfing and used my Polar v800 watch to record overall milage, I  did manage a few runs down the wall on the isonic speed 44 and 6.3 warp when the wind changed to a westely but only had a few runs down the wall before wind changed back to broad north noth west. Had some heavy Rain showers all morning and  less with showers in the afternoon, still a nice days sailing and nice wind for June time.
