tried the alternate spot as La Franqui had still too much waves rolling on the beach. 

PLN has a slightly different angle to the wind, so the wind was almost perfectly square. Sailed up north half the course of the Defi fully powered with 6.2. Decided then to give a 1Hour a try and had nice speeds on both courses, but some weed on my fin stopped me three times, anyway ...

Very nice spot and I defintely have to come back for another '1 Hour record attempt'. Lot of fun sailing 5 km straight line full speed. Nice party with all the others 'crazy' people.
